Booking and
Payment Policy
To hold a reservation, Nomade Yachting Bora Bora requires a 10% deposit
from the total price.
Full payment must be received 30 days prior to departure to
confirm the reservation.
To qualify for the Advance Purchase rate, full payment must
be received 120 days prior departure.
Cancellation Policy
120 days prior to departure: A flat booking rate of 100 €
will apply
119-90 days prior to departure: a cancellation fee of 10%
will be charged.
89-60 days prior departure: a cancellation fee of 25 % will
be charged.
59 -30 days prior to departure: a cancellation fee of 50%
will be charged
29 days prior to departure date: 100% cancellation fee will
apply
Should a cancellation be a Nomade Yachting Bora Bora deliberate
occurrence, clients will receive a 100% refund of the payment
received.
Honeymooners
Honeymooners sent by specific brochure, flyer or any dedicated
honeymooners marketing promotion will be granted a daily free
massage of 30 minutes each.
Children Policy
Nomade Yachting was created with the adult traveler in mind,
both from the ships’ design standpoint as well as our
itineraries, activities and ambiance.
Therefore, as of January 1, 2009, the policy for our scheduled
itineraries is no children under 16 years of age aboard the
ship except during July and the Christmas Holiday.
Children under 16 will be accommodated at 50% of our standard
pricing.
Families can request that their children receive a separate
cabin if done so at the time of booking. Children 16 years
or older will be accommodated in their own cabin at our standard
rates.
Please note that private charters are not subject to this
policy.

Arrivals
& Departure
Embarkation and Disembarkation port is Bora Bora.
Embarkation hours are every Monday morning from 8 am to 12
pm.
Disembarkation hours are every Sunday afternoon between 3pm
and 4pm.
General conditions
In the event of severe weather conditions such as hurricanes
& tornados, strikes, war or any other unforeseen cause
totally independent from Nomade Yachting Bora Bora line of action,
Nomade Yachting Bora Bora reserves the right to make the necessary
changes to protect the well-being of its guests, including
the cancellation of the cruise. Under no circumstances will
Nomade Yachting Bora Bora be held responsible and required to pay
a financial compensation of any sort.
Travel insurance
As for all travels, Nomade Yachting Bora Bora can only recommend travelers
to buy a travel insurance to protect them from losing prepaid
deposits or paying additional expenses caused by unexpected
cancellations or trip interruptions. |
