Nomade Yachting
Bora Bora is a family-owned company. Native from French Polynesia,
the Degage family has always been involved in the boating
industry, owning ships.
In 2001 the daughter Mehiti decided to enter on a new challenge:
the concept of Nomade Yachting, a new floating voyage, in
absolute style, off-the-beaten track, without fixed schedules
or constraints, where the traveler lives within their own
rhythm to discover on board of a spectacular yacht the beauty
of Tahiti and its islands.
As Mehiti describes it herself, "I dreamed of a stylish
new voyage, completely different, intimate, nomadic, where
the refined design and sleek lines of a yacht embrace the
genuine warmth and welcome of our culture, where my guests
voyage to the very heart of our islands to share an unique
experience that stimulates the senses in a rich, vital, and
fragrant manner. The realization of my dreams is just the
beginning of yours ..."
Nomade Yachting Bora Bora was born and in June 2003 the Tia
Moana and the Tu Moana, built by Austal Ships and Oceanfast,
Australia arrived in Tahiti.
